Introduction
Acuity makes it easy to export your client list in a ready-to-use CSV format. Whether you’re switching platforms or organizing your data, the export includes essential details like name, contact info, and last visit insights.1
Step 1
Navigate to Clients
Log into your Acuity account, then click on Clients.2
Step 2
Go to Import/Export
At the top of the Clients page, click Import/Export, then select Export Client List.3

Export the List
Click Export Clients. A CSV file will download to your computer.What’s Included in the File
The exported spreadsheet contains the following columns:
- Client Name
- Client Email Address
- Client Phone Number
- Notes on the Client File
- Days Since Last Appointment (blank if client has an upcoming appointment, last appointment was within 24 hours, or they’ve never booked)
To find out when clients last visited, you can sort your CSV by the Days Since Last Appointment column after exporting.
