Enabling Dual Pricing
Learn how to enable the Dual Pricing feature, offering customers separate pricing for cash and card payments while providing a discount for non-credit transactions.
Introduction
Dual Pricing allows businesses to offer two different prices based on the client’s payment method. When enabled, customers paying with cash receive a 4% discount, while those paying by credit card are charged the standard price. This helps businesses offset credit card processing fees while maintaining transparent pricing.
Step 2
Navigate to Business Policy
Within Settings, go to the Business Policy section to manage pricing preferences.
Step 3
Toggle On Dual Pricing
Find the Dual Pricing option and toggle it on to activate the feature or off to disable it.
