# Exporting Clients from Acuity

> Learn how to export your client list from Acuity Scheduling, including contact details, notes, and booking history, for use in other platforms.

## Introduction

Acuity makes it easy to export your client list in a ready-to-use CSV format. Whether you’re switching platforms or organizing your data, the export includes essential details like name, contact info, and last visit insights.

    ## Navigate to Clients

    Log into your Acuity account, then click on Clients.

  <Step title="Step 2">
    ## Go to Import/Export

    At the top of the Clients page, click Import/Export, then select Export Client List.

    ## Choose Client Group

    ### From the dropdown menu, choose which group of clients you want to export:

    * All Clients
    * Or filter by groups based on how recently they’ve booked
  </Step>

  <Step title="Step 4">
    ## Export the List

    Click Export Clients. A CSV file will download to your computer.

## What’s Included in the File

### The exported spreadsheet contains the following columns:

* Client Name
* Client Email Address
* Client Phone Number
* Notes on the Client File
* Days Since Last Appointment *(blank if client has an upcoming appointment, last appointment was within 24 hours, or they’ve never booked)*

<Tip>
  To find out when clients last visited, you can sort your CSV by the Days Since Last Appointment column after exporting.
